














Historical Moments: An Afternoon with Cornell University & 33rd General President Dr. Herman "Skip" Mason
This session will be an opportunity to view rare and unseen materials in the Cornell University Archives. The Panel will feature 33rd General President Rev. Dr. Herman 'Skip' Mason, Jr. and Mr. Evan Faye Earle. Brother Mason will be sharing his archivist expertise as well as his experiences with uncovering the rare history of the fraternity and how he helped curate the centennial exhibit.
There will be an opportunity at the end of the session to learn how to contribute to the archived history of the Fraternity. Mr. Evan Earle will be sharing similar experiences he has had with preserving our fraternity's history and speaking on the archival process.

Hidden Figures, No More: District Community Service Project
As a part of this year’s District Conference, we want to continue the service work our fraternity has done since its inception. Our service project this year Hidden Figures, No More will explore Black scientists and members of our fraternity who have engaged in the sciences by doing a creative presentation with students and an art session with NASA Scientist Dr. K. Renee Horton. The goal of this project is to give students and Brothers an opportunity to explore Black History through often untold stories in the sciences and arts.

ALPHA DAY at the capitol
The District's A Voteless People is a Hopeless People Committee cordially invites you to attend Alpha Day at the Capitol on Friday, October 16, 2020. This year's theme is Engaging Our Youth & Igniting a Change! We will be hosting this event at the Indiana State Capitol on 200 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Registration and Check-In begins at 8:30 A.M. and the event will begin at 9:00 A.M. sharp. Alpha Attire is REQUIRED. Please be mindful we will be in the State Capitol with individuals acting at the highest levels of government. Furthermore, if your chapter sponsors a youth group, please invite your mentees to attend. Additionally, feel free to invite other youth groups you may be involved with or know about. Registration for this event will take place from now until October 9, 2020. Please register all youth attendees under general admission and brothers should register under Alpha Phi Alpha Member at the emailed registration link.
